First Time Logging In

Once you have been given access to the patient portal, you may login using your username and password.

The first time you login you will be prompted to enter a security code. In the 'Verify Security Code' form, copy and paste the security code from the confirmation email into the form, and click 'Verify'.

Note: You have the option to setup a security code be sent everytime you login in 'My Preferences'

Once verified, to protect your account further you will be asked to answer a couple security questions.

Answer each question, and click 'Save'.
